URGENT IMPORTANT APPEAL ACT ( Association for Computer Teachers ) అనే ఉద్యమం కంప్యూటర్ టీచర్లతో శ్రీకాకుళం లో నెమ్మదిగా ప్రారంభమయినది . 2011 జూలై 10వ తేదిన ఆవిర్భవించింది. సభ్యుల సమస్యల పరిష్కారమే లక్ష్యంగా పనిచేసింది. ఇతర సంఘాలతో భుజం కలిపి పోరాడింది. సమ్మెలకు ఉద్యమాలకు మారుపేరుగా నిలిచింది. కోర్దినేటర్ల వేధింపులకు ఏజెన్సీల మోసాలకు ఎదురు తిరిగింది. ఈ క్రమంలో అనేక మంది సభ్యులు ఉద్యోగాలు పోగొట్టుకున్నారు. అన్ని జిల్లాలకు, రాష్ట్రమంతట ACT పేరు మారుమ్రోగింది. నిజాయితీకి నిర్భీతికి చిరునామాగా మారింది కనుకనే రాష్ట్ర స్థాయి సంఘంగా మారింది. చాలిచాలని జీతాలతో బ్రతుకులు ఈడుస్తున్న మన కంప్యూటర్ టీచర్ల దగ్గర నుంచి ఒక్క రూపాయి కూడా తీసుకోకుండా పనిచేయ్య్లనేదే ACT ఉద్దేశ్యం. అందరి ఉపాధ్యాయుల వలె కంప్యూటర్ టీచర్లు గౌరవప్రదంగా జీవించాలనేదే ACT కర్తవ్యం. అందుకే ఏ రొజూ సభ్యుల నుంచి పైసాకుడా వసూలు చెయ్యలేదు. ఇకముందు కూడా వసూలు చెయ్యదు. వసులూ చేసే అధికారాన్ని ACT ఎవరికీ ఇవ్వలేదు. ACT పేరుతొ వస్తున్న ఈ మెయిల్స్ మరియు SMS లకు ఎవరు స్పందిచ వద్దని ఎవరికీ డబ్బులు చెల్లించవద్దని ACT STATE COMMITTEE కోరుతోంది ACT చందాలకు, వసూళ్ళకు, సభ్యత్వ రుసుములకు వ్యతిరేకం జై కంప్యూటర్ టీచర్ !!! జై జై ACT !!!

ENHANCEMENT OF SALARY FOR AP OUTSOURCING EMPLOYEES 2018 | G.O.MS.NO. 7

Enhancement of Salary / Remuneration


 The AP Government have issued orders in the G.O.Ms. 151, Finance (HR-1.Plg-Policy) Department, dated: 08.08.2016, stating that the Outsourcing personnel working in the AP State have enhanced the salaries in the three categories and the employees are getting remuneration as Rs. 12,000/-, Rs. 15,000/- and Rs. 17,500/- according to their category including Data Entry Operator (DEO), Data Processing Officer (DPO).
In this case, all categories are not covered in the above three categories. Some posts have remained outside the enhancement of salary. They are getting salary as fixed in the earlier proposal before RPS 2015. For that reason, they have requested the Government to enhance their salary.
Accordingly, the Government have constituted the committee of a Group of Minister's to take necessary action in the matter. After, discussing the above matter the Group of Minister's is agreed to enhance the salary of AP Outsourcing employees who are not covered in the G.O.Ms. No. 151.

On 02.02.2018 Government have issued orders vide G.O.Ms. No.7, Finance (HR-1, Plg.-Policy) Department stating that the Group of Ministers constituted to review the existing system of the contractual employment has decided to allow the enhancement at 50% of the existing remuneration to the categories of outsourced functionaries who were not covered and remained outside the purview of enhancement of remuneration orders issued in the G.O.Ms.No.151.

Accordingly, the Government hereby issue orders for enhancement of the remuneration at 50% of existing remuneration subject to not exceeding the minimum of the wage in the time scale of the relevant equal category of post in RPS 2015 whichever is less, in respect of outsourcing employees who are nov covered in enhancement orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.151. with immediate effect, subject to following the comprehensive guidelines on outsourcing functionaries issued in the G.O.Ms.No.151. 

The enhancement of remuneration is applicable only to those outsourcing functionaries who are appointed with the prior permission of Finance Department.

AP OUTSOURCING EMPLOYEES ENHANCED SALARY GO RELEASED

Enhanced salary of outsourcing employees in APAP State Government has released the enhanced salary G.O. MS. No. 151 (HR-I-Plg. & Policy) Department, dated on 8th August 2016. The benefits will get the outsourcing employees from 1st August 2016. Many of the employees more than 1,00,000 have been benefited. The method of salary enhancement was divided into three categories.
  1. The employee who draws the salary between Rs. 10,900 to Rs. 13,660 are hiked to Rs. 17,500. 
  2. In the second category, salary draws between Rs. 7960 to Rs. 10020 are hiked to Rs. 15,000. 
  3. In the third category, salary draws between Rs. 6700 to Rs. 7960 are hiked to Rs. 12,000.

  2. Senior Steno
  3. Senior Accountant
  4. Translator
  5. Data Processing Officer
  6. All other categories of services similar to posts carrying the scale of pay in RPS 2010.
